Watching daddy play softball is fun!

Brandon plays softball on Monday nights for a church in our neighborhood. They play at a park near Jeff State, and they actually won the league last year. Micah went to quite a few of the games in the late fall, but she was so little she could not do anything.

Everything has now changed! All she wanted to do last night was get in the dirt and try to eat the rocks. This is kind of hard for me to get use to, she got her jeans, shoes, and hands covered in dirt. And like I said she wanted to eat rocks. But, she had a ton of fun and I can't wait to take her back.

Just a Sunday afternoon

She loves sitting outside on our porch, mostly the swing. I think she would sit out there all day if she could. Right now it is good, because she just sits in our lap. But soon and VERY soon she is going to be walking and I am going to have my hands full on the porch. I guess we need to purchase a gate so i can cage her in!

A Day at Ninny's

Friday me and Micah went to Ninny's for a few hours. She absolutely LOVES seeing her. And Micah also enjoys being there. She wants to sit in Ninny's lap the whole time, and then when it is time to go she will not let me take her out of Ninny's arms.

Easter this year was wonderful! We are so blessed to have our little Micah with us and we couldn't be happier. The Easter Bunny brought her a basket with some clothes and a bunny and some "puffs". She LOVES Puffs. Nana Jill also gave her some clothes for Easter and Big Bob gave her some toys. Sherry and Mike gave her an outfit and some sunglasses, which you will see also.

Happy Easter!!

So, I am really excited about Micah's first Easter. So excited I decided to do my own photo shoot with her in our yard. It might not be as good as it would have if I had taken her somewhere but I think it will do. Considering we will be getting her one year pics soon I figured I'd save and do these myself.

She had fun with the eggs, and did a REALLY great job of standing up long enough for me to snap a couple that way. Hope you enjoy and Happy Easter!

Hey everyone! I have been wanting to start one of these sites for a while now but just have not had the time with school. I hope that I can update it pretty often (I think I will because I really want everyone to watch Micah grow). I hope you can all enjoy watching her grow and learning about all the new things she is doing just as much as we do!

By the way she is about to be 10 months old on the 9th!! I have already rented a pavilion at Celebration Park ( by the soccer fields in G'dale) for June 13th for her 1st birthday party. I can not believe she will be one already.

Micah has been crawling for a couple months now, and has just recently began letting go of the couch etc. and standing alone for a few seconds before plopping down. We think she will begin walking VERY soon! And I am REALLY nervous about this because she is already into everything she can get her hands on. Her favorite thing to do is to get the cat food bowl and dump it out and play with it, she actually ate a piece a while back. I know I know that is terrible but she beat me to the bowl before I could grab it up.
